Robby Wash Review and Giveaway
As a stay-at-home mom on a budget and couponer, I am always on the lookout to find the best deals around. Couponing is great but most items that I use do not apply when it comes to them. Detergent, for example, is a must but it can get expensive. Brian and Sophie have sensitive skin so I have to be careful what type I buy. As a family of 3, with one on the way, we go through a good bit of detergent.
I was excited to get to review a Robby Wash Ball and anxious to see if it really worked. I heard it worked for up to 120 washes or a year. Sounds too good to be true, right?

My Review:
So I was a little skeptical that this little ball would actually clean my clothes and last a long time. Here are the positives that made me want to try it:1. I love the idea of saving money by not having to buy detergent so much and only buying refills. The ball lasts 2-3 years.
2. It was simple to use. Just toss it in the washing machine. No messy liquid to deal with.
3. There are two different balls made for high and low temp loads.
4. It is hypoallergenic. That means it shouldn't break anyone out in my family.
5. It is baby-safe. Good for us since we have one arriving in August!
6. The wash ball comes with a free stain stick. With a 2-year old - we have a LOT of stains!
7. There is a fresh scent to it.
8. Good for the environment. We all want that, right!
9. It is safe to use. It has passed safety standards.
These are my thoughts on the Robby Wash Ball:
I received the low temp wash ball. I made sure to read the directions so I would know what to do. It was simple to use. You fill the ball using the macromolecule pellets and toss it into the washing machine. The clothes came out clean but not smelling as fresh as I would have liked. That is just my preference. The little ball actually cleaned the clothes! I would love to try the high temp one for my whites. You do need to make sure you pull the ball out after each wash before going to the dryer. The Robby Wash ball is NOT recommended for the dryer. I did a test wash just to make sure it didn't break anyone out. The wash came out nicely and no breakouts were noticed! I have used it a few times and haven't had to refill yet.
My final thought: This is a great idea for any family that wants to save money and is open to a new way of washing!
