Mission Montana - Our Calling

Seven years ago, Brian and I returned from a mission trip to Montana. I had been on previous mission trips to Niagra Falls, Mexico, Texas, and many other places. This was Brian's first trip. We enjoyed Montana so much and knew we wanted to go back the following year. Little did we know, God had BIGGER plans!

There was a REAP revival that fall. This particular night, we were at Daystar listening to the message on missions. At the end of the service, during the alter call, I heard a voice. It was so clear that I looked around to see if someone was talking to me. The words were simply "Go to Montana". I went down front to pray and talk to my pastor. Little did I know, Brian had went down also.

That night as we were driving home, I told Brian that I felt God calling me to Montana as a missionary. Brian was surprised because he felt the same call that night. We knew it was a God thing!! We prayed and decided to pack up and move to Montana where we served 6 years as Mission Service Corps Missionaries. We have recently moved back to SC to do more work and continue building our family.
